Shipping & delivery

Free shipping on orders over $50 — Lower 48 & DC. The qualifying order subtotal is calculated after discounts and before tax.

Shipping charges for your order are shown at checkout.

Dispatch time: Orders are prepared and made ready for shipment within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays. Carrier pickup and transportation may not take place on Sundays or holidays.

Delivery estimates: Shipping time is separate from delivery time. Arrival depends on the destination and shipping service. Please contact Patty before ordering if you need your purchase by a particular date.

Returns & satisfaction guarantee

Returns within 120 days of delivery. Physical items must have been purchased directly from Patty; purchases from Amazon or other retailers are not eligible for return here. Gently used items are welcome. Please include a printed copy of your receipt with the return. Customers pay return shipping. The original shipping charge is refundable on an eligible return.

I want you to feel happy about doing business with me. If something isn’t right, please get in touch. I’ll work with you personally to find a solution that makes you happy.

Digital items are not returnable.

Gift cards are nonreturnable and nonrefundable, except where required by law. Please contact Patty if you need help with a gift-card purchase.

• At least 24 hours’ notice: Cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or a missed session: One complimentary reschedule.
• If Patty cancels: Choose a full refund or another date.
• Unhappy after your session? Contact Patty personally so she can work with you to make it right.
